Domestic Shipping
Stone Grove currently ships within the United States.
Standard shipping options are available at checkout. Shipping rates generally range between $12–$40 depending on the size, weight, destination, and quantity of items ordered.
Estimated delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier and destination.
International Shipping
International shipping may become available in the future. At this time, Stone Grove primarily fulfills domestic U.S. orders.
If international shipping becomes available, additional shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply depending on the destination country. Customers will be responsible for any applicable customs or import-related fees required by their local authorities.
Shipping Delays
While Stone Grove works hard to ship orders promptly, delivery timelines are ultimately dependent on the shipping carrier. Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our direct control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery confirmation.
To help us review and resolve the issue efficiently, customers may be asked to provide:

- Photos of the packaging materials
- Order confirmation details
Verified damaged or lost package claims may qualify for store credit or additional support at our discretion.
Incorrect Shipping Information
