At Stone Grove, every piece is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to quality and detail.

Due to the handmade and artistic nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final.

However, we understand that shipping issues can occasionally occur, and we are committed to helping customers with verified lost or damaged orders.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost during transit, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery confirmation or expected delivery date.

To help us review your request, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item
  • Photos of the original packaging
  • Order confirmation details
  • Shipping or tracking information

Requests submitted outside the stated reporting window may not qualify for review.

Eligible Refund Sitz

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are generally issued as store credit.

Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for approved credits or refund resolutions to be processed after review and confirmation.

Return Shipping Costs

If a return or shipping-related issue is approved by Stone Grove, return-related shipping costs for eligible claims may be covered by us where applicable.

Customers should not return items without first receiving authorization and instructions from our support team.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items reported outside the required claim window
  • Products showing signs of misuse, mishandling, or intentional damage

Exchanges

At this time, Stone Grove does not currently offer direct product exchanges.

Final Sale Policy

Because many Stone Grove products are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or individually finished, slight variations in color, texture, glaze, or appearance are considered part of the artistic process and are not treated as defects.
